JAMES NOKISE

British/Samoan Comedian James Nokise has spent the last three years establishing himself as one of New Zealand’s top young comedians. At the forefront of the new Pacific Comedy wave, he was a founding member of the Laughing With Samoans tour, and has recently become the first Samoan to be nominated for the Billy T James Award. Having spent his last two winters in the UK, including two shows in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (NZ Comedy Showcase, XPROV), his friendly and fun style have won over audiences from both sides of the globe.
