was established in March 1999 to promote and protect the interests of
the professional stand-up comedians and live comedy performers in New
Zealand’s entertainment industry.

URZILA CARLSON
Urzila comes from a long line of funny; everyone in her family is just really funny. That's both kinds of funny - funny aha and funny oohh my! She started doing stand-up in 2008 because she sucked at sport and any other hobbies she tried. A finalist in the 2008 RAW COMEDY QUEST but otherwise hasn't won any awards for comedy, but her mum is real proud of her.
